Double Diamond and ListenUp partner once again to create a magnificent Summit County home with built-in high-end hi-fi.

ListenUp partners once again with Summit County builder Double Diamond Property on this smart home on the river… One of our clients was building a vacation home in Breckenridge several years ago, and he suggested to his builder, Arnie Surdyk of Double Diamond Property & Construction Services, that ListenUp be considered to implement the various electronic and control systems. “The client spoke highly of ListenUp,” says Arnie. “We looked at a few mountain-based A/V companies as well, but when it was all said and done, ListenUp seemed the most capable of handling a job of that magnitude.”

ListenUp creates a simple yet elegant solution for multiroom A/V and Hunter Douglas motorized shades. John and Beth have been friends with ListenUp Vice President of Marketing Phil Murray for many years, so when they needed an A/V system for their new South Denver home, it was only natural they would come to us. “We knew we would get the sound equipment from Phil,” says Beth. “The house was pre-wired, so John wanted to get in-ceiling speakers, a TV and some other stuff. We needed window treatments, too, but we were going to go somewhere else because we didn’t think ListenUp did that sort of thing. When Phil told us that they were now a Hunter Douglas dealer, we added blinds to the project.”
