In the realm of Advanced Woofer Design, the journey to total performance begins with meticulous planning. Our High Excursion (HEX) surround technology enables greater extrusion and minimizes distortion. To accommodate the enhanced movement, longer voice coils became a necessity, rendering our Aluminum Sandwich technology too heavy. In pursuit of efficiency, our drivers feature strategically placed cutouts on the paper cone before bonding it to the aluminum cone. The Die Cast backrest ensures strength under load, while a substantial magnet completes the bespoke driver.

Every one of the seven models in the Varro series is equipped with the Custom Designed BASH Amplifier, harnessing the prowess of BASH technology. The discreet implementation of these tracking amplifiers ensures maximum voltage swing, delivering the necessary power and additional dynamic power across the entire operational range of the woofers.

Overcoming the challenge of subwoofer placement is a priority, considering they are often tucked away in corners or concealed near couches, leading to reflections, peaks, or valleys.
