Carlos has been into stereos since he was in his late teens — back in the '60s, early '70s.
Senior Sales Consultant Scott Genaw worked with Carlos to build the ultimate Klipsch system, which includes a pair of Klipschorns, Fortes, and Heresys.
"[Scott] is a delight. He's fun. He gives me objective feedback. He makes recommendations that I think are earnest and thoughtful. I've never seen him try and get me to buy something that I didn't need. He always has price points as a consideration if I have expressed some concerns about not spending too much money," says Carlos on working with Scott Genaw.
