With your needs and goals in mind we scope the vendors, products and integration components required for your custom system. This typically can include electrical architectural lighting, window coverings, networking, security, and audio and video components. We review this custom system with you presenting both our recommendations and options that keep you in control of YOUR GOALS and budget.
Upon approval of the original design and budget, our team will generate comprehensive project drawings and documentation. This documentation may include device locations, reflected ceiling plans, plan elevations, low-voltage wiring, lighting load specifications, engineering schematics, and AV equipment room elevations. Using these plans, our technicians will efficiently lay out low-voltage wiring and device enclosures at the job site. They will expertly install and test all devices according to the specified documentation, with the project timeline contingent on scope and construction progress. Any changes made during the project will be tracked and incorporated into relevant as-built documentation
At the conclusion of every project we walk the job with all parties reviewing a punch list of all work completed. At this stage we work with homeowners to set up their systems and train them on how to automate their homes to meet their needs.
