Shipping

  • Free Shipping: On all orders $50 and up in the continental U.S.
  • Orders under $50: Shipping charge of $8.99. 
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and other U.S. territories.
  • Shipping available to these areas but additional charges may apply
  • Some items from the manufacturer may only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Call 877-744-1179 for more details.
**A small number of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time. Please contact us for specific details on those products.

 

Order Processing

  • Most orders received by 3PM Mountain Time, Monday - Saturday, ship the same day.
  • Depending on the value, your order may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Allow extra time for:
    • Large or heavy items requiring freight shipping (including select TVs)
    • Products that ship directly from the manufacturer
    • Out-of-stock items
    • Orders shipped to PO Boxes, remote addresses, APO/FPO addresses, and other U.S. territories 

Rerouting and Address Changes

  • No address changes once an order is placed.
  • If unable to accept delivery, we will cancel the order, return the package to sender, and ask you to reorder through our website.

Home Delivery

  • The ListenUp delivery team will call within 1 business day of the order being placed to schedule the delivery.
  • Most oversized items delivered within 1 week.
  • We will delivery your order to your doorstep.  **Inside delivery available for additional charge.
  • Please make sure the driveway and path to your residence is clear for our crew.
  • Depending on the value, your order may require a signature upon delivery.

      Items requiring freight 

      For large or heavy items, including select TVs, freight shipping is required. The typical delivery time for most orders is 3-7 business days. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and it's essential that someone is available to receive the delivery.

      • The trucking company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please provide a valid phone number for the trucking company to schedule your delivery.
      • Please note that you must be present for delivery.
      • Visually inspect the box to make sure you see no signs of damage. If you notice any damage at all, take some pictures with your phone and make a note of them on the delivery receipt the driver will ask you to sign. If it is obvious that the product is damaged, please refuse the order and contact us immediately at 877-744-1179 or email contact@listenup.com.
      • Open your box as soon as possible and inspect the product for damage and contact us if you find anything wrong.

      Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

      • Effective July 1, 2022, a retail delivery fee is imposed on all deliveries to locations in Colorado.

      Returns

      • 60-day returns for items that are complete and like new.

      Keeping the Box

      • Keep the shipping box for at least 30 days.
      • Keeping boxes for audio products for the life of the product is recommended for trade-in value and potential future needs.

      Furniture Damages

      • Visually inspect the box to make sure you see no signs of damage. If you notice any damage at all, take some pictures with your phone and make a note of them on the delivery receipt the driver will ask you to sign. If it is obvious that the product is damaged, please refuse the order and contact us immediately at 877-744-1179 or email contact@listenup.com.
