11. California Privacy Rights (CPRA)
California residents may know what Personal Information we collect, access specific pieces, request deletion or correction, opt out of selling/sharing, limit Sensitive Personal Information use, and be free from discrimination. A “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link will be available on our site and via contact@listenup.com.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. For users 13–16, we do not sell or share their Personal Information without opt‑in consent.
