We offer a generous paid time off package that includes 7 paid holidays (with your birthday off), 10 vacation days to start that increase to 15 after 5 years, 6 sick days each year, and 2 volunteer days so you can give back to your community.

Your health comes first, and we’ve got you covered. Choose from multiple medical plans (employee-only coverage starts between $208 and $258/month), plus three dental options, a vision plan, and flexible spending accounts. You can also add Colonial supplemental coverage, and we include company-paid LTD, Life and AD&D, along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support.

Team members can enroll in a 401(k) with a company match, matching 50% of the first 4% you contribute (up to a 2% max match), with Traditional and Roth options available.
