Bluesound Introduces the Pulse Cinema & Pulse Cinema Mini: A New Standard for Dolby Atmos Soundbars
Bluesound’s new Pulse Cinema and Pulse Cinema Mini soundbars deliver a major leap forward in Dolby Atmos performance, wireless surround capability, and high-resolution streaming. Here’s a closer look at what sets them apart.
Bluesound has officially unveiled two completely redesigned soundbars—the Pulse Cinema and Pulse Cinema Mini—bringing significant advancements in Dolby Atmos soundbar technology, wireless surround sound, and high-resolution audio streaming. Featured in our latest video, these models showcase the next generation of BluOS home theater engineering.
Next-Generation Dolby Atmos Performance
The larger Pulse Cinema offers true Dolby Atmos playback using a unique driver array that includes 45-degree upward-firing height drivers. Whether placed on a tabletop or wall-mounted, the drivers intelligently reorient to maintain accurate height effects.
The Pulse Cinema Mini provides Dolby Atmos virtualization, delivering immersive sound in a slimmer form factor.
Flexible Wireless Surround & Multi-Room Audio
Both soundbars integrate seamlessly into a wireless home theater system, pairing effortlessly with up to two Bluesound Pulse Sub+ subwoofers. Through the BluOS app, users can add Pulse Flex 2i or Pulse M speakers as wireless surrounds, creating a full Dolby Atmos surround sound soundbar setup without running cables.
The entire system is compatible with up to 64 BluOS zones, making it ideal for multi-room audio environments.
Dedicated Center Channel for Clear Dialogue
One standout feature of the Pulse Cinema is its dedicated angled center channel module. This design improves vocal presence and dialogue clarity—an essential upgrade for modern TV sound, especially for content with complex mixes. A dialogue enhancement mode is also available within the BluOS app for fine-tuning.
High-Resolution Streaming Included
Both soundbars double as premium high-resolution music streaming systems, supporting lossless formats and integrating seamlessly with the BluOS ecosystem. This makes the Pulse Cinema series a compelling choice for users who want a single device capable of both high-fidelity music playback and cinematic TV audio.
Designed for Modern Spaces
The Pulse Cinema comes in black, while the Pulse Cinema Mini offers black and a new tan/sandstone finish, blending easily into contemporary home décor. A custom wall-mount bracket is also available for streamlined installation.
