Great service, products looks new and sounds great.

I would give 5 stars if the shipping was not delay twice. It was from the shipper but no response from the seller.
The package is quite risky. Large box with foam containing 2 speakers but it was placed in the corner of the box instead of the center. It was filled with soft bubbles wrap on 2 sides instead of all sides. The foam divider in between 2 speakers were slipped out and one speaker was angled. The top of the speaker was touching. Luckily it was wrapped by a thin white foam wrap.
I was worried but after I checked I found no damage. I just wish the package is better so the boxing experienced could be better and worried free.
I will buy from Listen Up again. Overall they are great.
