Start with the included riser. The Model Seven, Model Five, and Model Four use dedicated slanted riser bases to position the drivers at an appropriate listening angle.
Use the Acoustic Balance Control. Start with the middle setting, then adjust according to your room's furnishings, reflective surfaces, and listening preference.
Match your amplifier to the speaker. Model Four is designed for amplifiers from 30–150 watts, while the larger Model Five and Model Seven can accommodate greater amplifier power.
Give the Model Four room to breathe. KLH recommends starting approximately 6–24 inches from the wall behind the speaker and at least 24 inches from room corners, then adjusting placement by ear.
