This integrated amplifier is a nightmare. After I first got it, it worked great for a few months (despite the ****** app). The eARC works great, which was a key reason I bought this. They one night I noticed an automatic update installed over wifi, and after the unit rebooted itself it never worked the same, and the firmware update could not be undone. ListenUp told me they could not help I had to deal with Rotel, and Rotel had me take the unit to a local service center, which had the unit for weeks. That did not fix the issue. I have had phone calls and emails with Rotel US (called Fine Sounds in Minnesota), and send then countless videos of exactly what is happening and how the unit is now useless, and they are dumbfounded. Now they tell me to send it to Minn where they may be inspecting it for up to 5 months!!!! So far in the 7-ish months I have had the unit it has been out of commission and literally unusable about half that time, and now they want to keep in until the spring of 2025 to check it out! This is insane. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this product and Rotel's alleged "customer service" so you don't lose $3000 like I did.
This thing is neat. Super easy to find my favorites and I have never heard them sound liek this. Wow!
