The sound on this receiver is outstanding. I searched and searched for this receiver as it was in short supply but very glad that I was able to find and purchase one. I am really enjoying watching movies on my surround sound system as well as listening to my favorite playlists. The only negative so far has been trying to calibrate the speakers via the included Dirac feature. Still working on that but still super happy with this receiver.

I purchased this receiver here because not only was it the lowest price at the time, but unlike other shops they had not raised the price even more due to the demand and backorder status. The shipping was very prompt once the item was back in stock and communication was great. Thank you again.
So far, the performance is great. The setup, especially with dirac, is darn frustrating. The sub is too loud, then the test tone has no bass at all. Took hours of trying to get through it. Once done tho, it sounds great.

There are a lot of reviews and YouTube videos detailing all the feature and quality of the amp. I replaced my 10 year old top of the line Yamaha with this amp and was amazed from startup. I was amazed with the include optimizer which I then was able to edit all the setting and fine tune the experience. My Definitive Speakers have never sound so clear and powerful. The consistent sound across all sources was a significant improvement over my Yamaha. The DIRAC is more complicated than simply blasting your room and took several attempts to get the feel of to utilize it to achieve the sound I wanted to experience. But it let me. Old music sounds new again and the interface with TIDAL and other streamers is seamless. I am using as 5.1.2 system and the flexibity to expand to a 7.1 or even a 9.2.4 gives me a lot to think about. I do not use the multi room feature but would expect the same high quality with that feature. Very happy I purchased this amp and Extremely happy with my ListenUp experience.
