SONIC ASCENT SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Sonic Ascent Sweepstakes is sponsored by ListenUp, prizing is provided in partnership with Sonos, Inc. Sonos is a prize provider only and is not a co-sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 8th, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on October 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of New Mexico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor, Sonos, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways: Online Entry: Visit listenup.com/sonicascent and complete and submit the entry form with the required information. Limit one (1) online entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or devices used.
Bonus Entries (In-Store Demo): Visit the ListenUp Albuquerque showroom in person during regular business hours and complete a brief (approximately 5-minute) product demonstration of a Sonos product with a ListenUp associate to receive two (2) additional bonus entries. Limit one (1) bonus-entry visit (two (2) bonus entries) per person for the entire Promotion Period.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, garbled, or that do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, are void. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by an entrant's online service may apply.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a Sonos Move 2 speaker, a pair of Sonos Ace Ultra headphones, a YETI cooler, a picnic blanket, Balloon Fiesta Chaser’s Club tickets for two (2), one (1) sunset hot-air balloon ride for two (2) (redeemable at a later date, subject to availability, weather, and blackout dates), and ListenUp gift items (collectively, the “Prize”). Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize: $2,500. Actual value may vary based on retail pricing at the time the Prize is awarded.
No cash alternative or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the Prize; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries (online and bonus entries combined) received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, or its designated representative, within ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winner must respond within two (2) days of the first notification attempt, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes, in its sole discretion, to have violated these Official Rules or engaged in fraudulent conduct, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should it be unable to run as planned for any reason. Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility prior to receiving the Prize.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sonos, Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
