The Bowers & Wilkins 706 S3 is a great bookshelf speaker with good sound quality, decent connectivity, and a small footprint.
Explore expansive acoustics with the dynamic 706 S3, the premium stand-mount loudspeaker crafted for superior sound projection in larger environments.
Experience enhanced clarity with the Carbon Dome tweeters, meticulously designed for the 700 Series. Surpassing traditional aluminum double dome tweeters, these tweeters boast an impressive breakup threshold of 47kHz, ensuring precise imaging accuracy and heightened detail.
Delight in the extraordinary sound produced by the innovative Continuum™ cone, characterized by its composite construction. By eliminating abrupt transitions, this design guarantees a more open, neutral performance that faithfully reproduces voices and instruments with transparency.
Drawing inspiration from the renowned 800 Series Diamond, the 706 S3 features a redesigned curved cabinet baffle and individual drive unit pods. These elements, inspired by greatness, effectively minimize cabinet coloration, providing a refined and immersive sound quality. Elevate your auditory experience with this outstanding stand-mount loudspeaker, redefining excellence in audio reproduction.

Description:
I've been a B&W fan for a long time. These speakers are set up in a family room setting as a secondary system from our primary theater room. These speakers replaced a pair of B&W DM601 speakers and the difference is phenomenal. Really pleased with this purchase, as well as the FS 700 S3 speaker stands they're mounted on. For such small speakers, bass output is really impressive and highs are crystal clear. A top notch bookshelf speaker!.
These feel a little overpowering in my home, but these are amazing speakers none the less.
