I was blown away by the resolution of this dongle DAC/amp. Ive tried the 3 Dragonfly USB DACs (black,red,cobalt), Astell&Kern HC series, ddhifi dongles, and the Luxury & Precision W2. This little Gold bar outresolves them all, even the first generation Chord Mojo.
We’ve come far if this much sound can be in something as small as the Go Bar. Just like in the description, this IS the most powerful pocketable DAC/amp or dongle.
I would say this is a neutral DAC, easily reveals every flaw in the recording. Soundstage is more spacious than the previous mentioned DAC/amps but not too spacious, just right.
