Rega Planar 1 Plus Eco Green

Rega's new green-grade initiative is aimed at repurposing parts that would typically be discarded due to cosmetic imperfections. All these parts will function impeccably and maintain Rega's unparalleled limited lifetime warranty.

• While a lifetime warranty covers functional defects, it does not extend to cosmetics.
• All units are equipped with 'A' grade Carbon cartridges.
• The ECO DECKS' plinths are unmarked with a P1 logo for easy recognition as Green Grade.

To be clear, instead of recycling parts with cosmetic flaws, Rega decided to UpCycle those parts to build ECO Green-Grade Rega products. These products function and perform flawlessly and come with Rega's unrivaled Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The Rega Planar 1 Plus ECO benefits from all of the advantages of its sibling, the Planar 1, such as a low-noise 24v motor, precision hub bearing assembly, and hand-made RB110 tonearm with a factory-fitted Rega Carbon cartridge.

Added to the Planar 1 Plus ECO is a MM phono stage (preamp) attached to the unit on the bottom. This boosts the signal output to line-level intensity, which allows connection to powered speakers or amplifiers that don't have a dedicated phono stage input. 

These multi-award winning ‘Plug & Play’ models utilize Rega's handmade RB110 tonearm, with pre-set anti-skate and a factory-fitted Carbon MM cartridge. Set-up is possible in under 30 seconds and delivers incredible performance far beyond its price point.
