The BR10 speaker from TRIANGLE delivers exceptional sound quality and powerful performance, making it an excellent choice for both Hi-Fi and home theater setups.
The flagship BR10 speaker stands as the pinnacle of the BOREA range. Its 8” bass drivers enhance bandwidth and power handling while preserving the signature TRIANGLE sound quality.
The BR10 features a three-way design with a 25mm EFS tweeter and a 6” midrange driver made from cellulose pulp. The low-frequency range benefits from the new 8” bass drivers, which use fiberglass membranes paired with a powerful motor, resulting in smooth, fast, and controlled bass.
This model introduces a new architecture with a separate crossover system and dual terminals for bi-wiring or bi-amplification.
With a high sensitivity of 92dB, the BR10 pairs well with most powerful amplifiers on the market. Its exceptional low-frequency performance and 200W RMS power handling make it ideal for rooms larger than 30m². Versatile and robust, it excels in both Hi-Fi and home theater setups.
Since the launch of the BOREA range in 2019, TRIANGLE has seen tremendous success on the international scene. The manufacturer has made its mark by adhering to its philosophy of delivering high-quality speakers at a controlled budget, sharing a passion and love for music.
TRIANGLE now unveils a new reference model in the range, the BOREA BR10. Equipped with 21cm woofers, the BR10 offers more generous dimensions for enhanced performance.
The inclusion of 21cm drivers extends the bandwidth in the low-frequency register. However, the 25mm silk dome tweeter with waveguide (EFS Technology), along with the midrange driver made of natural cellulose pulp and small pleat suspension, remains unchanged. This preserves the signature sound of the range, ensuring a homogeneous tone across various compositions.
The BOREA BR10 reproduces a wide sound spectrum, providing great versatility. Recommended for rooms larger than 30m², it can also serve as a main speaker for home cinema installations.
High-End Processes
Unlike other speakers in the range, the BR10 features an 8” transducer for low frequencies. Developed by TRIANGLE's R&D department, this driver uses a fiberglass membrane coupled with a powerful motor suited to its volume load. A new basket design ensures optimized ventilation and high power handling, while a new half-roll rubber suspension complements the motor, keeping the speaker response under control. This results in a strong reproduction of impacts and an airy sound for the vocal range.
The BOREA BR10 introduces a new architecture with a separate crossover system offering various cabling and amplification options. The low-frequency crossover circuitry is isolated from the mid-high frequency, allowing for easy bi-wiring or bi-amping.
The BR10 is equipped with a dual terminal that can accommodate a 4mm² cross-section cable or standard banana plugs. With bi-wiring, the cabling adapts to the frequencies delivered, while bi-amping allows each register to be powered by a dedicated amplifier. It is also possible to combine bi-amping and bi-wiring for optimal performance.
The DVAS (Driver Vibration Absorption System) is a proprietary technology unique to TRIANGLE. The BOREA floorstanders feature MDF and EVA foam internal panels positioned against the bass drivers, stiffening the bass driver/cabinet unit. This innovative concept reduces vibratory behavior and absorbs vibrations generated by the bass drivers' movement. The resulting low residual vibration transmission to the cabinet enhances the listening experience, free from coloration or structural noise.
