Entry in the promotion begins on Monday, July 3rd at 6:00am MST and ends on Thursday, July 27th at 11:59pm MST. The winner(s) will be randomly selected and announced on or around Thursday, August 3rd, 2023.

The winner certifies they are not materially affiliated with the Prize Sponsor, its departments and agencies, parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, counsel, marketing partners, or their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, successors, or assignees, and cannot profit from the sale of the prize to third parties in new, new-in-box, or new-open-box condition. To enter the challenge and win the giveaway, a participant must subscribe to ListenUp’s email newsletter list. The giveaway runs from July 3rd to July 27th with the winner being announced around Thursday, July 27th.

Prizes
One (1) Bluesound Anniversary Edition ‘Node X’ hi-res multi-room streamer in metallic blue will be the grand prize, valued at $749. The Prize, in whole or in part, cannot be substituted for cash or cash equivalents, and itself has no cash value.

The Prize Sponsor is furnishing the prize in “as is” condition and makes no representation or warranty concerning its appearance or performance. The prize is not subject to any warranty of any kind. Any damage to or loss of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable at the time of award.

The Prize Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, decline to fulfill the prize on behalf of ListenUp for any reason whatsoever, including and without limitation, legal, regulatory, logistical, financial and/or customs clearance barriers in moving the prize across international borders, non-compliance with eligibility requirements of contest, dissolution of partnership between ListenUp and Prize Sponsor, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Prize Sponsor.
