The people that work at Listenup (especially Scott) are extremely nice and helpful in ordering and then making sure an item ships asap. My speaker was double boxed with packing material and arrived in pristine condition. The outer box was not in very good shape and without it the speaker would have be damaged. And I like the fact that upon arrival you can sign for the speaker. These speakers are awesome sounding! Worth the price.
