I recommend this product

Your neighbors will hate you.

I replaced my Velodyne 15" subwoofer two weeks ago following a lightning strike at my house. All I can say is your neighbors will repeatedly think there is an incoming thunderstorm. The lower register and subharmonics are simply staggering. You have no idea how much you're missing in movies until this 16" behemoth (and yes, it is large) is switched on. I mean, just WOW. Just WOW. After 2 pictures vibrated off shelves I had to add rubber feet to just about anything not ******* down. Pictures rattle. Any liquid beverage ripples like a T-Rex is approaching. Any gain setting above 50% is simply gloating over your friends when they visit. I ran some YouTube low frequency tests at 80% volume on my Denon AVR and 80% gain on the subwoofer and still couldn't find the bottom of this subwoofer. The 3Hz test is hypnotic with the fabric cover removed. You can literally watch the cone slowly move forward/backward. Mesmerizing. I could go on and on. Is it cheap? No. Will you rearrange some, or most of your audio equipment to make it fit? Likely. Will you grin like a 12-year old during every movie. Yep! Buy the 16" Reference Premiere Subwoofer with confidence. It will outshine everything else in the room.
