Another advantage of the SoundEngine2 is its remarkable damping factor, exceeding 2000. This translates to deep, precise bass and complete control of the bass drivers, a key contributor to the acclaimed dynamic Hegel sound. Most importantly, it minimizes distortion, akin to noise-canceling headphones, canceling out any distortion elements created within the amplifier circuits in real-time.
